Just a question to understand the readings: On p.7 the fan doesn't spin until >25% load (0 RPM, semi-passive), yet the PSU emits 30 dBA of sound? Or was that ambient / the bottom line of the equipment tested? I hope it's not 30 dBA coil whine... Thanks for the review HH

The lowest value is the ambient acoustic level measured, and that is 30 DBa for Chris (who reviewed it).

It is a great power supply! Especially if you consider that's actually a SFX unit, not a SFX-L!
