Hmm, I wonder if this will have any impact in the deal. Does not seem so at first glance, but it may delay the deal until Microsoft has to pay Blizzard their cancelation fee?

This whole business move with Ubisoft could be a master piece if it goes through. @Catspaw as far as I have understood, the cancellation fee is between Ubisoft and Microsoft when it comes to the streaming rights deal, not Microsoft with ActiBlizz (since they'd be part of M$ by then).

I think Catspaw is referring to the cancelation fee MS would have to pay Activision Blizzard (AB) if this new round of reviews takes longer than the already-extended takeover time frame. I'm not sure how often these agreements are re-re-extended and it seems like MS and AB want this to happen so maybe a continued extension will happen in that case.

Just get this done so i can save £8 on having to buy the Blizzard collection, and get it on gamepass, then i can play Lost vikings 1/2 again. Lol

wait this circle jerk is still going on? I not fan locking game behind one platform or another but seriously none this in end beneficial to end users
