Hopefully ClockBlocker works well for everyone, but let me know if it doesn't (or even if it does for you). Is there some sort of tool like this for nVidia cards? The power management being set to maximum performance doesn't always do the trick, sometimes it'll still downclock into idle mode. It's a known issue with a couple of games.

Not that I'm aware of, yet you can technically use ClockBlocker on NVidia cards when using the generic compute methods. The only problem is that this will basically drop your VRAM clockspeed due to NVidia's GPGPU driver handling. All library loading is separated in to different process containers. AMD ADL isn't touched unless it's selected, and even then it's loaded dynamically (the DLL load will just fail & nothing bad happen otherwise). So, it should be safe to give it a shot if you're having some problem with a specific game. --I would just recommend that you disable the FULLSCREEN_PROGRAM & 3D_PROGRAM base rules in the editor, then add application specific rules. (so that you don't take an unnecessary penalty in other games that don't have issues) All said, I have no idea if this will be helpful though. I'd be very interested to hear if it does. EDIT: Another option might be forcing clockspeeds with NVidia Inspector and making batch-files for launching these games, but that's not profiled or automatic by any means.
