The majority of the EU countries have passed laws that by 2025 they need to reduce CO2 by 50-80% from the 1990 levels. May I remind you that back in 1990 the avg home had a TV, a cooker, a fridge and a washing machine. Nothing else. And of those 50-80% needs to be cut. we do not have such law i even went to check it , there is no such law as 2961/2022 there is one 2961/2021 though so i assume you made a small mistake there https://www.taxheaven.gr/law/2961/2001 the translation directly is "Ratification of the Inheritance, Donations, Parental Allowances and Gaming Winnings Tax Provisions Code" it is literally a tax law for inheritance about winnings you earned from lucky games aka " gambling" and the article 4 ...i will translate it the best i can law terms not my strongpoint In the acquisition cause of death, donations during life or cause of death, parental benefits and dowries of the heir to the heir or legatee are included, as long as the tax liability for them arose at a time when the right of the public has not been statute-barred in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 5 of article 102. I was getting ready to hit you with a massive rant on how oblivious you are and then i saw that you failed at the most basic of the basics, providing correct information. Law 2961 deals with income taxation, result of donations, dowry, inheritance and lottery wins. The law in question is 4961/2022. So, what is law 4961, you may ask? In brief, it deals with personal data, cybersecurity, safeguarding rights and establishing transparency and accountability within the vast premises of AI use. Article 2 in particular, clarifies that the main goal is to establish guarantees in order to ensure personal rights. So, what about article 4, you may ask? Article 4 clarifies that the state *may* use AI systems in order to help with decision making. Decisions that *may* affect personal rights ...and all that IF the aforementioned conditions are met (guarantees,transparency,accountability). So, as a Greek citizen how and when exactly do i abolish control of my human rights, you blithering conspiracy theorist?

This Nvidia room heater + actual energy crisis also makes me stop and rethink. My only advise: consult a solicitor. You clearly lack the ability to interpret the law (and any law for that mater).
