I guess the back plate on the Asus MB could be notched out so bracket would clear , not that you should have to do that . to bad on front shield plate . Its hard to tell but is first memory slot usable and if so what kind of height ? I didn't see any side shots with memory installed for clearance . Edit: Ahh, I thought i was posting for dark rock TF , not LP , I think links are messed up as I was reading the TF when I posted. maybe move to TF review.

So how much is this cooler? I saw on a youtube video it was 39$ which is amazing.
