got the bargain of the week. I'm not a fan of chip-driven interpolated and unrealistic
Just as well, your Phillips screen has a 60Hz refresh rate LOL. Sorry, my Dell U2711 1440 27" which I bought 11 years ago had a 60Hz refresh rate. No future proofing so wouldn't buy below 120Hz for a 4K screen. Watching the review of the ASUS 32" 4K screen, you get 120hz with 10 bit colour, 144Hz with 8 bit. I have my PG35VQ set to 144Hz & 10 bit colour, FC5 looks wonderful, if only the game was a bit more exciting. Metro Exodus Enhanced HDR is about to be released and that will be excellent to see as the 'standard' HDR version looks fantastic.

You can buy computer speakers for not a lot. Creative Katana soundbar & sub is £195 and the Panasonic SC-HTB01 is £250. I have a Creative 5.1 but nowadays I use Sony MH-1000M3 BT noise-cancelling headphones for gaming.
of course you can still buy them and continue to do so as long as you dont have proper HT audio for reference, just like you can go on living at 60hz as long as you never experience 120hz, just like you will be happy with 1440p LCD as long as you dont place an OLED beside it in a dark room but people on this forum tend to be enthusiasts, I think

Price: $3000. It will be more expensive than a 65" CX OLED 4K TV, which is hilarious IMO.[/QUOTE Driving a forklift at Walmart. Third shift no bosses. Greetings from free company WIFI and the man on the street. Always seeing what's coming and going! Just saw an "Open Box" 65 " top of line OLED for $1,100 with some very nasty scratches on the sides and back. Savings easily over $1000+ off MSRP. Bubba in electronics hooked it up today so that he can watch his daytime TV-shows while goofing-off behind the check-out. The OLED runs like a charm. All of this however and including the 'guru tech-site' here are way above my pay-grade, but it's nice to dream, even though lunches continue in getting stolen out of our break room fridge while I am cruising around. Reality bites.
