I wanted this board, but that price is astronomical compared to other vendors boards. It is nice though. For that price it will stay nice in their inventory.

So when the first Ryzen came out we could buy the Crosshair for around 250€, now a couple of years later the lastest version costs 600€!!!??? Are the guys from Asus crazy?... And the best part is that it performs as well as 100€ MB...

Yes those mainboards became shiny things for people that really wants to buy it. They know they are gonna sell mostly b450. I wonder of many of those will they produce.

And the chipset is not water cooled why? The VRM are are enough to spread the heat evenly they barley need a heatsink much less to be water cooled.

nice review boss i am not big-fans RGB, but that g.skill memory-kit looks pretty! also the OLED shot, showing HDD CODE : 02 is so artistically cool
I like rgb but i'm not a super big fan either. It's definitely not a requirement and often i turn it off after a while. I do have the same G Skill memory and it does look great indeed.

i replaced my Crosshair Hero 6/Ryzen 1700 with the last x470 version the CH 7 non wifi . now the new Ryzen 3700X is quite happy sitting there,x570 motherboard prices in this price sector are ridiculous!.

It's the hero with a waterblock, if you're hell bent on asus for some reason and want high-end, buy that instead @350. For the extreme board price range look at the aorus extreme or msi godlike, far better boards.

nice board, i have the oled on my ryujin cooler, heard a lot had burn in issues, but mine hasnt so far, its nice for the temp stats from my msi board though. i'd have considered this if it was around x470 time, but with the potential socket change next time i feel the price is quite high.

If you are into very expensive boards i think aorus extreme is better of the two.

I agree this is a fail in the conception, even more when it is the main boring thing of X570 (and that Asrock cool it with their WC motherboard )... But yes 99% of those Asus board will not see water...
