That's an older AGESA version. You linked to the latest official BIOS update for your ASUS mobo, but this article is about a newer Beta BIOS Update...

I see now, sorry. Was only reading the part of the 105tdp thing. Which is also in the NON beta bios. I'm never gonna try out beta bios versions. "Updated to AMD AGESA PI 1.2.0.1a." So the url I've shared is about the version before it.

the update adds a 105 ctdp option to 9000 series chips, all modern amd cpus support a feature called "configurable tdp" This option can be found in the amd cbs menu under smu options, can be called different things, usually ctdp, "system configuration", "config tdp" ect . If amd has added another option for the 7000 series chips , you can check it there.
