Good old Asus. Everything seems to get leaked these days.

Leaking is just the 'new' way of marketing... 🙄

Ty Asus but we already knew its coming anyway 😛

The release of the 9000X3D might be just around the corner. Just in time for Arrow Lake-S.

There are no accidents. This was intentional. Probably in response to the recent Arrow Lake Geekbench "leaks".

I heard from a (fairly) reliable source that it's already in the hands of reviewers

I hope you are right, but, just recently, 1usmus, HLX and Hassan Mujtaba just recently said they should launch in January, during CES.

It`s actually depressing seeing AMD`s 9000 series flop and Intel`s retarded hybrid cpu`s that`s burning up/rapidly degrading.

Well at least they're affordable now. A Core i7-965 EE was $999 at launch and the Core 2 Quad Q6700 and Core 2 Extreme QX6850 Kentsfields at US$530 and US$999 respectively; the price of the Q6600 was later reduced to US$266. it ain't all bad...and every processor is so much faster nowadays.

They've gone down in price because their performance has been supplanted by the GPU. You can use a decade old 4790K with a 4090 and still get good fps, and even playable at 4K. Good luck getting that with a 10-year-old 980 even with a top CPU. Yes, this isn't the only reason, but it does have significant influence on why CPUs aren't as expensive any more.

Pascal architecture change a lot of that....back when a new xx60 card out performed the previous generations xx80 card. Now we're back to stagnant in the budget section.

I dont think we ever seen next gen x60 card being slower than previos x60 card like in case of 3060 12gb/ 3060ti and 4060/ti. Basically with nvidia today buy 4070 or up or dont buy at all.

QFT. I will have to say this, the used Market is looking good! A lot of 3080's are coming on line for $350

Yes, they better be. Four year old gpu 🙂

I wouldn't buy a 3080. It's almost certain they were mined on. A 3080Ti, maybe. A 3090Ti, sure. But the 80s and the 90s? Nah, too risky.

If I told you it was from a trusted member here would you trust it then? I would.
