6900XT were limited to 3GHz and 6800XT to 2.8GHz. That is interesting question if this one will be limited. The new Ultimate Red Devils from PowerColor seems to not be limited and looks like they have special unlocked bios on that: https://www.powercolor.com/new?id=1618371606
