As some one who earns 550ish euro's a month(hi romania) i find it ok , i can't afford to spend more then 300e on anything PC related TBH , even for that amount i will save for a few month's.
So yeah i don't mind TN panel's since usually they are cheap and the image is good enough , as long as they don't use some rubbish panel.

This is not a bad deal at all I might pick one up for my Daughter as we still use a regular 1080p @ 60 hz Acer.We have a Gtx 980 so I hope we can push that to 144hz.

I know people who still use 19" 4:3 monitors (think 1280x960) today, simply because their income is way too small for upgrading (living in failed economy countries)
When they eventually manage to gather enough money to change something, it's good that there are options !
Not so long ago a shitty 60hz FHD 21.5" TN was more expensive than this one... so it's great that now you can get 144Hz with Freesync for that money !

Back in the day most people I knew would gladly sacrifice image quality for a higher framerate. I'm still of the opinion that high fps is better than image quality when it comes to conventional shooters. Of course, everyone would like both, but smoothness of motion definitely adds a feeling of realism that image quality alone can't provide.

If the screen is not too close to the eyes then it can look OK. But I would also say that 1080p on 24.5" is too little, the DPI will be too large. But of course it i suits those with not the fastest GPUs and those who want high framerates rather well.
1440p can be a bit too heavy in some games.

First to the people who said quality is bad, for me 1080 is perfect for 24 and i dont need 27 and 1440p just lowers the performance
However the AOC G2460PF is cheaper and more or less the same, or am I mistaken?
