Aww, and I was hoping for a Vishera successor... disappointed, again.
It is coming eventually, patience. 🙂

i dont see the point in this since Athlon II X4 750K has been out forever already on the fm2 and is even clocked faster for 80$cad

u could go to intel if u want to upgrade that badly it doesnt have to be AMD they dont make anything real high end anymore just good price to perf cpu's.

Do you know for how long have I had a Phenom II? It's a 2009 CPU. I think the time for something that would be a notable upgrade was years ago, not "eventually maybe sometime during this millennium"... I've wanted to upgrade for at least 2 years.
If you're using one of the hex cores, does it really matter? Do you really need something faster than that for live performance purposes? Anyway, I think this CPU is interesting - its ideal for people who want new-generation AMD products while not expecting to use the IGP for anything. But, you'd think AMD would use the physical space of the APU to cram more cores, though. But, there might be more to come in the future. It's a shame intel doesn't do this. Intel IGPs are fine for office purposes and non-gaming laptops, but their IGPs are a waste of our money. Cut the price by at least 15% and remove the IGP and I might consider switching back to intel. The only reason an IGP is of interest to me is if I intend to run a hypervisor with GPU passthrough - IGPs make good host graphics.
