It was sooo hard not looking at ANY other leaked review, until this one came. Time to get dirty. Before reading it, I know I can safely say Good Job, as always!

Great review as always
Could someone explain me the results at "Google Chrome - Mozilla Kraken Browser"?

Thank you HH, Great review. 🙂

A sigh of relief *sigh* Edit: not so much relief...it appears in other reviews, that the 1% lows in many games is still an issue for AMD. There has been an improvement in frame minimums but, is still 10-12% less then intel. I think we can all agree that in gaming the minimums can distract from the immersion. Then the OC is not worth the voltage from what I've seen. Seems my 4790k is sticking with me a bit longer...
I'm so pleased that AMD has made substantial improvements. I am a bit disappointed in the OC but, Performance is on par for 1080p and higher resolution (FPS) that the OC really isn't needed. Still a bit of work needed with latency...unlikely noticeable in real world use. Seems like I have a choice again?! My 4790k is starting to show its ribs.

great review HH !!! both 2600 and 2700 are beasts in value ! are there plans to compare x370 to x470 ? maybe oc resaults 1-2 games and few cpu tasks ...see if the 370 and 350 chipsets holding it back a bit or not at all !

Hey i have a couple of question, getting the 3200Mhz memory 2 kit of 16, will it be stable enough or those results works with just 2 dimms?
Any ddr4 is fine or should i aim for the `ryzen support` noted in some shops?

Why is Time Spy used as gaming benchmark ? it has like inverted scores compared to actual games, it couldn't be more wrong

Ryzen 1 already had QVL 3400Mhz memory on the ASRock boards. How far do we think its going to go? I think we might be seeing 3800mhz personally but thats based off nothing.

Nice review! And nice to see AMD back on top on the CPU front. Even in gaming, the differences are not that great vs 8700k. Non-issue for high res gaming. Overall a killer chip at a killer price. Quite refreshing to see poor, cash-strapped AMD taking on Intel with its multi-billion $ R&D budget and handing their ass to them on a plate 😀. Just wish they could do the same to Nvidia on the GPU front. Then it would be back to the good old days of intense rivalry and price wars and more interesting times.
BLEH!
Looks promising. Nealy matching the 7900X in performance. Not sure how intel can continue to justify their pricing...

Hilbert,
page 30, Conclusion
Value for money, Cents per CB chart:
You are using old EU prices for Coffee Lake (8700k = 389 euro, $420), while using current US prices for Zen+ (2700X = $329)

Nice. If some samples can hit 4500Ghz and have more friendly time with RAM I would consider change my 1700 4.1Ghz with 3200 RAM to 2700. (or X)
