Adrenalin software still won't load for me on these drivers, same as 23.9.2 going back to 23.9.1 works fine. have samsung G9 32:9 display with Asrock 7900 XTX on windows 11.

Good catch. That explains it.
Also custom graphics settings on 23.9.3 and RT Ultra profile on 23.9.2. I should have looked better before commenting that the drivers are beta 😳
Yes, it works now. 😎
I noticed another change in Vulkan's behavior. Before I had something like a "glitch" at the Vulkan game loading. For example in Shadow Man Remastered (or Forsaken Remastered):
On this screen just before to game starts, at the end of the loading, I see for a second this picture like inverted, or on the black areas I see some weird texture appearing. At this moment I think it changes/initializes the screen mode.
Now I can't see this "glitch" anymore.
P.S. I just repeated my previous test with ffmpeg + Vulkan decoding and it works fine without system freeze.
Did the update on the laptop using the combined package, went w/o a hitch. One thing I have noted that it will install the GCN component first, then the RDNA driver, and redo the Adrenaline package. Probably a smart thing to do, so that it lays down the GCN compatibility with the new branch of RDNA driver. So anyone with mixed components, just use the combined package, which is what the Auto Installer downloads.
Owners of GCN cards, like Polaris or Vega, can also use the combined package.

So they didn't stop releasing drivers for Polaris/Vega.
People please stop posting that they stopped supporting older GPUs until that actually happens.

You can heavily infer that they are a driver name rebrand away from being classified under legacy drivers, as AMD clearly does not want them to be on the 23.20 branch drivers.

Probably but for now they still release drivers for Polaris and Vega.
I think they will actually block Polaris and Vega drivers and only release this combined package for Vega APUs but I suppose the omega drivers will sort that out lol.

From the combined package:
GCN people will get 31.0.21902.5
23.19.02-230831a-396061E-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition
RDNA get 31.0.22011.4008
23.20.11.04-230921a-396175E-KB-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition
