There is a bug:
On my system every time the display turned off (automatically after some minutes of inactivity on Windows) the "disconnected device sound is played" repeatedly on Windows 10
Do you guys have It? Happens all the time

I'm not sure if this is related to the latest SAM support on RX 5000 series or the driver, but I get brief stutters in games now, quite small, but very noticable. Might even have to rollback to previous driver.

Guys if you are on 20.9.1 I would suggest that you go to 20.9.2 if you are on 5700 series (as you want to keep sam). This driver, 20.9.2 somewhat fixes the power draw that was found in the prior driver. This is very important because if you are not careful you can get throttle run-away if the menus of certain games if the game isn't tailored to certain cap. I noticed it in the beta of Vanguard and was wondering why 20.9.1 had higher temps in that game. Wasn't pronounce in other CODs though.
Otherwise 20.7.2 or 20.8.2 seem to be the best drivers so far IMO.

If I remember right the power bug you are referring to was just a visual metrics bug and was not true to the actual power draw

Omfg.. CPU Metrics still don't work here as they should. Still can't see the temperature of my 5600x there. Used DDU.. reinstalled twice... still nothing.
back to 21.8.2 and there it is, working as it should.

In driver, if you have an AMD CPU + an AMD GPU that officially supports ReBar, in driver it will say: "Smart Access Memory". If you have an Intel CPU + mobo that supports ReBar + an AMD GPU that officially supports ReBar, in driver it will say: "ReBar enabled - for full benefits of Smart Access Memory, an AMD CPU is required" or something of the sort.

This is what it looks like for me with an Intel i7-8086k + MSI 6800 XT Gaming X Trio + MSI MEG Z390 ACE

I don't know if this a a driver bug or windows w11, but after any game that i play my rx 580 stuck at 100% utilization and the clock stuck at 1100mhz.
Only way to fix it is to restart the pc and don't play any game.

The global toggle really is not well thought, who wants to always toggle it in case there are issues? The Nvidia per-profile option (which unfortunately is accessible only via Inspector...) apparently makes only 256MB of VRAM visible to the CPU too and thus also entirely avoids any issues in case there are any, without any manual toggling or driver restart.

Try the UWP drivers, I've been using them for a few weeks now and they are working really good... also RX 470
I'm using the older set, v30.0.13001.3012
