Same D3d driver as the omega, this just new profiles or what?

Is the improvement I feel in Dying Light just my idea, or there is something there? Single R9 280x. Pls respond

performance decreased when crossfire enabled in farcry 4 at 5760 x 1080.. frame rate without crossfire 39 to 45 crossfire enabled 30 to 32 fps... setting all ulta except the nvidia game works enhancements..

If I'm not using crossfire, is there any reason to install the official ones over the press ones? The press ones are working fine for me as is.

No mention of R285 fixes - not even going to bother trying these since every new driver since September's Tonga beta has broken stuff for these cards. Been an ATI/AMD user since HL2 but I'm not feelin' the love any more 🙁

When AMD add "Dynamic frame rate control" feature to their driver?

R9 280x user here. Four months and we get a non updated driver release (D3D...), no VSR, no framerate limiter.
Unfortunately, 2015 has changed nothing about AMD's poor driver release quality

I must say far cry 4 is horrible with this driver. I though crossfire should work fine with these but i get major slowdowns. So yeah wait 5 months and this was highly anticipated driver and we get this. Now I have every right to be pissed at AMD. Nonsense they gave us.

How exactly can you manage to break something in Skyrim, a game from 2011?
Also, as someone pointed out: when list of known issues is longer than the fixes, it's probably time to sit down and reconsider what you're doing.

The "CCC" program seems to be a bit smoother with this driver, doesn't take as long to initialize when it's first started and it's a bit less "laggy" or how to describe it, no other issues with 15.3 either so far but it does seem like it's primarily to add FreeSync support (With a Crossfire compatibility driver update planned for April.) though there are some fixes and a number of Crossfire profile updates too although a ~3.5 month wait is pretty hefty, hopefully future drivers will be a bit quicker with the bulk of FreeSync now implemented, or so I guess but who knows. 🙂
Haven't checked the app profile files (Don't have AtiPfx or what it was called either at the moment so I can't.) to see what else they've added to this driver but Kn00t will probably have it on his website in a few days or so.

The D3D driver version number being the same probably also means there might only be a few small tweaks, focus is probably on getting the Windows 10 drivers into shape in time for the beta or what will come after these tech previews.
(Would have been nice to have the framerate limiter in these drivers but that will probably come sometime in the near future hopefully, same with VSR improvements like hopefully a software implementation for earlier GPU models and to allow GCN 1.1 GPU's to reach above 2560x1600 under 16:10 and 3200x1800 under 16:9, reaching 3840x2160 / 3840/2400 would be nice but if they keep it to the GPU scaler thing it will require a newer GPU.)

Anything in particular you're having problems with?
Which games aren't smooth? A Crossfire profile will not fix issues with games unfortunately, they can only do so much.
Battlefield Hardline is working smoothly for me, so is Plants Vs Zombies and Battlefield 4. Those are the games I'm playing at the moment.

I was so excited for this driver untill I tried some more games. I tried ryse, Far cry 4 will test some more games now but so far horrible. We waited 4 months for this so please AMD explain all this please. Also can't AMD/Nvidia start suing game developers for not making sure games do perform well at launch
