Very nice driver for gw2. It seems to have resolved a nasty black mesh effect on stuff when coming in to view that has been there for ages and has smoothed out fps quite a bit. Good so far

Seems nothing new from the 14.x builds except the OpenGL version, will avoid the hassles of installing until something decent comes.

Just got a "Load Mmdriver has stopped working" with these today on the boot. Never happened before, anyone knows why?

14.4 was a really good driver for overclocking my 270 to 1085MHz. Just installed 14.9. I was surprised it didn't blue/red screen like 14.7. I'm also seeing some minor performance gains throughout a lot of games. No complaints so far.

14.9 brings back atikmpag.sys Freeze TDR 141, while video playing in cyberfox browser + clicking tray loudness symbol. (No HW-accelaration, no flash installed)

Wow! Even my BF4 temps have dropped alot "alot" used to be 80c top card and 78c bottom Now top is 73c and bottom 70c Well DONE AMD!
Hymm. I play just yesterday like evey other day with max of 60'c temp, but after installing newest drivers + today battlefield 4 patch it goes to 63'c temps.

My dual graphics setup works better with 14.8 WHQL so reverting to that. 14.9 uses my igp at 100% and the 7670m get's lower usage, even if i overclock it to 1300 mhz I get less fps at any game. With the 14.8 WHQL it's the other way around since the 7670m is faster so I will stick to that for now.

all the driver that enables mantle, I have bug graphs, (all black textures of games, all buggy, all colorful, risks) in other games such as CS GO,WAR THUNDER etc, and me A LOT worse FPS in some games like need the run .... This driver made ***8203;***8203;them more "smoothed" graphics and I gained 2fps in BF3 and BF4, and the cs go not open at 8850m, I have a black screen, besides every time I close a game the message "driver amd has stopped working" appears only with this driver, 13.12 is far better....13.12>ALL FOR MOBILY
Nah, the 14.9 is far better than 13.12. It enables Mantle and has further optimisations.

Early days, but I can stress my card to max, stop, let the clocks drop to idle, stress it again and clocks jump back to full 3D clocks fine
Same, but im using Afterburner to switch clocks.

Thanks for the Mega link 🙂 As a 7950 user stuck on 13.12 this is the first 14.x driver that has been usable for me. I had horrible lag/stutter on all the prev 14.x drivers in KCP (mpc+madvr) all of which is now fine in this WHQL release. I have the colour/video sections blacking out again as well ... feels more like a feature now than an issue 🙂 Heat and DX9 corruption issues are also not present is this driver that I had with the other 14.x builds so for me this driver is fine.

Why I can't see Mantle in BF4 ?? I did a clean install of the driver (removed old in control panel and DDU for the rest) and clean install of BF4 and update 4.... ?!?!?!!!

Because it works fine in all drivers 14.4 and older, but none newer
I noticed too that when shutting down the secondary screen via win+p, the windowed(fullscreen) game on the main screen freezes. If I restart the secondary screen, image recovers. I thought it was a Radeon 290 issues, as the 6950 I had before (and with old drivers) worked perfectly.

Removed the 14.9(unstable black screens) and back to 14.7 rc3 beta(stable no black screen). Ive send full report to AMD hope they do something with it?
same here hangs and dont respond when i go to catalyst control

Is it just me, or did the beta download option from the AMD site disappear? I only see the 9/29 14.9 driver available to download.
Yeah i noticed that as well, Betas only available from its own section now.
