Hes actually right, as they've stated many times now the frame-pacing driver would be 31st July, but they've just delayed it a day according to Hilbert, and whos to say they wont delay again.

That's overheating Sounds like your room is very hot or/and is overclocked too high
Catalyst 13.8 solved everything. Now I'm @950 MHz without any problem.
