Holy crap, I was just about to go to bed, thinking I missed out on it... and it appears! Sweet. Let's see if those frame latency fixes have much of an affect on my 5970/5850 combo. Edit: Latter URL am broke. One thing I can see quickly before heading to bed, most files have the date of 17/4, if that means anything.

desktop link is broke, mobility link works. backwards from ususal. Usually the mobility people get screwed. lol

Will stick with the 13.4's if these are older then.
data/avatar/default/avatar16.webp
Per Thracks, the 13.4s are just 13.3bet3 with the 7990 ASIC added. No other changes. I wouldnt go by the date. If these are later than 13.3beta3, then they are newer.

i disagree. the 13.5b2 are PROTOTYPE drivers, meaning they have special code in them. I can GUARANTEE if you are using xfire, you want them over 13.4 considering 13.4 and 13.5b2 have added both 7790, and 7990 ASICS, and 13.5b2 has prototype code, regraless of the numbering and compile dates scheme, i believe 12.5b2 are newer. im sure thracks will comment eventually

so what the best ccc with drivers 13.4?
data/avatar/default/avatar10.webp
13.5b2 + 13.4c1 app profiles 24apr it's the only way for ultra smooth gaming for now...!!! 🙂
You say that every single time a driver is released? LOL 🙂
data/avatar/default/avatar38.webp
If that is the case, it does kind of make sense, since the HD7990 is effectively Crossfired, just in the same card! That is probably why the rest of the driver is older, they started with that code and added the special HD7990 code to it. For all non-crossfired cards, the 13.4's are still the better option. Of course, once the testing is complete the codelines will be amalgamated.
i guess that would depend on weather or not the prototype code has any positive effect for single cards. from what ive read, its a frame metering technique to stablize the frame return latency, in which case you would need 2 simultaneous render pipleines to make it effective. This would rule out any benefit for single cards.

that could be anything.. did you do a clean uninstall?
data/avatar/default/avatar16.webp
yes, because they were betas whql takes time to certify, you dont HAVE to install them.
data/avatar/default/avatar14.webp
People, they are already in the drivers. Separate CAPS are ADDITIONAL profiles... you dont NEED to install them, you just wont have the latest tweaks is all.

Bomb Bug in CS:GO still there, Rare Issue with Starcraft 2 also. Meh...
data/avatar/default/avatar02.webp
ah, so flash problem shocker. does disableing GPU acceleration in flash help? also, does it occur in chrome? (it has its own version of flash built in)

these arent the 'prototype' drivers, peps still need to wait for the summer Link
data/avatar/default/avatar01.webp
I have read elswhere that these are the first of the prototype drivers... but who knows honestly. The bigger question is which is newer: 13.4whql or 13.5beta2

They promised the drivers with the new memory manager "in a few weeks". But that was over two months ago... I doubt that 13.5 is the one.
data/avatar/default/avatar33.webp
who knows i put a PM in over to Thracks on OCN. Hopefully he can put to rest which is newer.

@The Mac The crash appears when closing Internet Explorer 10 after playing flash TV or flash Movie on windows 7 64 bit. Last working driver for me is 13.2 beta7 Disableing GPU acceleration does not help I do not use firefox or Chrome
Same, I confirm. Win7 x64 & IE10. It might be Flash ( 11.7.700.169 ) the culprit, though... I'm not able to know.

The memory manger rewrite is part of the solution to AMD's higher frame times. It is in fact needed.
The microstutter is an issue of frame pacing. Nvidia have considered this and have a workaround in place, delaying frames. AMD just didn't have this workaround, and now they're following suit. It's not related to the memory rewrite. The memory software decides per-card performance. It's not per-card performance that is the problem, it's just a disadvantage of Alternate Frame Rendering (AFR) currently.

doubtful, 4xxx is legacy. someone will probably mod them at some point however.
