The Dell U2412M is great as I have one. I have since upgraded to the Acer XB280HK (yeah I know TN, blah, blah....). Honestly in games I really don't see much difference in quality, nor to I miss the noticeable lag. The only places I see a noticeable change in colors in at the desktop, but it's not enough to make me want to dump this monitor and use the Dell again.
