i have bought anything from newegg for few years, last time i bought something from them i bought Fractal design R5, shipped and sold from them it came with hole in box and the case had huge dent in it, time before that i got psu that was crushed and didnt work. think that was last time i bought from them. A year ago my cousin bought prebuilt pc from them, everything in it work fine, but the 3060ti that was in it, that thing was hit 92c+ on deskotp top idle cause fan didnt work. newegg refused to help him with that and computer wasnt in unpacked a day before he found this out, he told talk to manufacturer. since microcenter i do must my pc build bought threw microcenter. seeing there cheaper and have 3.5% sales tax by me or i buy from amazon
