Nvidia released a new GeForce driver This is a DirectX optimized driver, well CPU overhead lowering driver so to say. So make no mistake and do not confuse it with the DX12 release versus low-level API access. Nvidia listed a bunch of games in the driver release, all CPU limited titles. The driver should help out SLI users though, where CPU limitation is a more common thing.
The hotfix driver fixes an issue faced with Dell's compact 4K Ultra HD monitors, specifically P3214Q and UP2414Q, in which the GeForce GPU would give out "half" or no display (Ultra HD resolution is handled over multiple TMDS links). It also fixes a Code 43 error message after installing driver 337.50 on a PC with Hyper-V enabled.
