NVIDIA just released a new ForceWare driver, beta yet official as they are distributing it directly toward you, the users. This build should fix the 'shimmering' bug/optimization as reported by a couple of websites. This is a Windows Windows Server 2003 AMD64, Windows Server 2003 IA-64, Windows XP AMD64, Windows XP IA-64 WHQL official NVIDIA release.
