NVIDIA just posted a blog post, and it is a rather unusual one. In the blog post, they pretty much state that they've always had an issue with the founders' edition cards, to reach higher boost clocks as to what the board partners have been able to achieve.

Right, you probably have read my news item yesterday about the GeForce RTX announcement, have might have noticed that I only have written down the RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 Ti being NVLINK compatible?  Well, it is exactly that, as the 2070 cards do not show or reveal either an SLI or NVLink connector.

NZXT today announces the HUE 2 family of RGB accessories for the PC, powered by CAM. Consisting of 10 new products, including the four-channel HUE 2 RGB controller and the external HUE 2 Ambient Lighting controller, along with several new accessories, the new HUE 2 ecosystem provides PC builders more options for customizing their systems.

During the Gamescom NVIDIA event yesterday, the presentation on the new RTX cards, of course, was raytracing supported games. One slide caught my interest, showing 21 titles that are going to support RTS.

One more from Cooler Master? Why not. In a business booth they have been showing a new chassis that is still a prototype, it, however, should be available later this year. Not a gamers chassis, nope, an Aluminum chassis with dark tempered glass. This is all about style, and the SL600M oozes just that.

Big and very beautiful is the new Cosmos C700M on display at Coolermaster. The C700M is Cooler Master’s flagship in the Series. The new design builds upon the C700P and fuses bold shapes to a soft, continuous surface. 

If you checked out the ASUS press release on GeForce RTX 2080 (Ti), you will have noticed that they are releasing three models of each, the (ROG) Strix, ASUS Dual, and ASUS Turbo graphics cards. Btw, ASUS moved to 2.7 slots wide for their cards to increase cooling performance.

Over at Hall 8 we stumbled into EVGA, they had some stuff on display, however, the product that attracted a lot of people was behind glass, the GeForce RTX 2080 was on display. 

Over at Gamescom there are a few manufacturers present, so we'll post some items today covering them. The first stop is Bitfenix, we hadn't heard from them in a while but they had a few things on display.

Deep Silver and 4A Games debuted the latest Metro Exodus trailer during the NVIDIA GeForce Gaming Celebration here at Gamescom 2018. Metro Exodus will be among the first titles that will support real-time ray tracing via the RTX technology. Metro Exodus is currently planned for a February 22nd, 2019, release.

ZOTAC is pleased to change the playing field of graphics cards once more with ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 20-series graphics cards. The new ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 20-series will be available in twin fan and triple fan AMP models with all-new designs. 

INNO3D introduces a new family of INNO3D graphics cards based on the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, RTX 2080 and RTX 2070 GPUs. The new generation of gaming cards will exist of a range of TWIN X2 products, a series of JET editions and the Brutal iCHILL BLACK editions.

Electronic Arts has announced that the open beta for Battlefield V will start on September 6. From that date everyone can participate in the beta; gamers with subscriptions and those who have placed a pre-order can start two days earlier.

In case you missed it yesterday and as posted in our GeForce RTX announcement news, during the Nvidia event the company showed a new raytracing demo with Battlefield V, and it was showing impressive possibilities of the new technology. Check the reflection of the flamethrower and fires on different surfaces, including on the wet ground and the shiny car.

It has been a long time coming, moments ago NVIDIA has announced the GeForce RTX 2070, 2080 and 2080 Ti. During it's Gamescom 2018 event the CEO of Nvidia took the stage and announced the two Turing processor-based products.

NVIDIA today is going to announce and share a thing or two about (hopefully) the new GeForce RTX 2080 Series graphics cards. The rumors and leaks are ongoing and from the looks of it, NVIDIA is going to need to have a chat with their partners. A new photo just leaked onto the web, it seems to be a partial screengrab from a video or something, and it is showing a new GeForce RTX alright.

At this time we have a pretty good estimation on the GeForce RTX 2080 and 2080 Ti. This round the GeForce RTX 2070 has surfaced and is said to get 2304 shader cores.

Valve has accidentally revealed it’s working on improving its Twitch-like Steam broadcasting feature. Steam.tv briefly came online on Friday, revealing Valve’s new streaming site that appears to be dedicated to the company’s Dota 2 tournament. 

Names after the movies, the psychological horror game is coming to Steam in September 2018. 

It has been short from staggering to see the sheer amount of information, screenshots, and photos leaking out from board-partners in regards to the GeForce RTX 2080 and 2080 Ti, PNY's informational data sheets now have surfaced as well, revealing shader procs, frequencies, and everything. Including an indication of prices.

Well, at this pace there isn't much left to uncover upcoming Monday, photos now leaked from Gigabyte, MSI, PNY and Palit. We can now add to that EVGA and ZOTAC.
