A while ago we already mention that AMD is planning two new processors, this involves the quad-core AMD Ryzen 3 2300X and Ryzen 5 2500X. The two processors are the ZEN+ replacements for the existing 1300X and 1500X SKUs. ACER made a small mistake and placed the unannounced procs on their webpages.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider Gameplay Video

Today Square Enix and Eidos Montréal released ten minutes of gameplay of their upcoming action-adventure game Shadow of the Tomb Raider. The gameplay is narrated by Narrative Director Jason Dozois and focuses on Paititi, which is a hub in which Lara Croft can find side missions, challenge tombs, and trade. Shadow of the Tomb Raider will release on September 14th for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

Sony Releases new IMX586 smartphone sensor - 48 megapixel

Sony announced a camera sensor for smartphones with a staggering 48-megapixel resolution, that would be a photo of 8000x6000 pixels. The new product achieved compact pixel size of 0.8 μm, making it possible to pack 48 effective megapixels onto a 1/2-type (8.0 mm diagonal) unit, thereby supporting enhanced imaging on smartphone cameras.

Samsung to invest more in NAND to increase production in 2019

NAND is a growing business, and Samsung knows it. They are reportedly investing an additional US$2.6 billion to ramp up NAND production in 2019. The company has invested US$6.4 billion this year on NAND flash memory and the additional money will take the total investment to US$9 billion.
