Synopsys shows USB 3.2 demo with 20 Gbps performance

USB has been the technology that has been developing for ages. While most motherboards are still struggling to get USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gbps), last year the USB 3.2 spec was finalized. Synopsys advances on that and posted a video showing 20 Gbps USB 3.2.

Samsung Talks About Chip Fab Production Roadmap up to 3 nanometers

Samsung last week gave an update on upcoming fabrication of their chips, running from 10nm to 7nm, all the way downwards sharing the first details about their 3nm production process. In the second half of this year it will start fabbing on their 7LPP process, 7 nm Low Power Plus based on EUV lithography.

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 (3GB) Product page is Up

Last week we mentioned that the SKUs based on the Geforce GTX 1050, a 3GB version of the GeForce GTX 1050 are a real thing. As it turns out, it is a 1050 Ti that is cut down with a 96-bit memory bus. Gigabyte just has released the first one.
