At Benchlife, an Asian website a list appeared of upcoming Asus series 100 motherboards including a Sabertooth Z170 and Maximus VIII Extreme. The series 100 chipset is aimed at Skylake processors due for release later this year.

Right now I have added GeForce GTX 980 SLI results, added GeForce GTX 980 FCAT results, added GeForce GTX 980 SLI FCAT results, added AMD Radeon R9 290X FCAT results.  We also added some Hairworks performance numbers and mid-range tweaking Quality modes scaling with a GeForce GXT 770.

Unfortunately AMD has not released a Crossfire fix / compatible driver, so that is still not in the benchmarks. Read the updated review here.

Microsoft is saying is that if you want the free upgrade you need to do it in the first year. After that time you will need to buy the upgrade just like you had to do with every other version of windows. Previous upgrades were around $99 to $129 (depending on version) and I imagine this will continue to be the case.
