Yeah U know I know, TN. Acer will release a new gaming screen, the 27-Inch XB270HU. It is a 144 HZ TN screen with GSYNC at a nice WHQD resolution of 2560x1440. Fairly similar to the Asus ROG Swift PG278Q we tested here. But hey, finally some competition in this range right ?

Panram today announces the update of its Ninja - V Series DDR4 lineup. The chips are fabricated on the 20nm manufacturing process, and is offered at two new speeds. They had already launched DDR4-2133 MHz (PC4-17000) and DDR4-2400 MHz (PC4-19200), now 2800 MHz to 3300 MHz are added as well.

Hynix started shipping its 3D stackable HBM (High-Bandwidth Memory) GDDR5 memory, stacked means more memory cells per IC. The chips have a capacity of 4Gb and are clocked at 8 Gbps. According to some, these chips would be used by AMD's Radeon R9 390X.
