Japanese Company Designs 133 Megapixel sensor for 8K recordings

Impressive, Japanese NHK is announcing a true 133-megapixel camera sensor. The cmos-module can record video in an 8K resolution, the successor to Ultra HD at 4K. According NHK the sensor will be unveiled the 29th of May for a wide audience. The company already shared that is has the 133 MPixels sensor and a Bayer rgb color filter merged together into one package design.

Ubisoft has announced that Far Cry 4 will ship November 18th for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. There are very few details at the moment, and no screenshots or videos – just the packshot. Ubisoft are waiting until E3 next month to show the game off properly.

Microsoft's made a decision to issue one more security patch for Windows XP last week, but the software giant stresses this was a one time thing. Microsoft stressed this week that there will be no further patches for Windows XP and that the dying OS will have to fend for itself.

MSI released their entire range of Z97 motherboards. A few flagship motherboards stand out really, the Z97 XPower AC, which I am reviewing as we speak, but just look at MSI Z97 Gaming 9 AC for a minute okay ? I hadn't seen this one just yet and it is flabbergasting nice. The Gaming series really is supposed to be the mainstream model bit man ... I'd tag this is enthusiast class alright.

We have been stating it since the launch of Z97 reviews, M.2. PCIe based SSDs are gonna be hot as they are freed of the 6 Gbps SATA3 bottleneck. Right now though 10 Gbps is the limit. However Samsung will be releasing the XP941 and it has hit the stores. How do read speeds of up to 1,170 MB/s, and up to 930 MB/s maximum writes sound ?

AMD has lowered its Radeon R9 280 price. In the USA the MSRP has dropped with a good 30 USD towards 249 USD. The card was released in March  at an MSRP of 279 USD shich was probably too close to the 280X at 299 USD. The prices have been that high very long to too very high demand of these puppies for crypto valuta.
