Don't mistake the PC version for being a port of the Xbox 360 game. The PC version has larger and different levels than those featured on the Xbox 360, as well as a different graphics engine and style of gameplay.

The game itself looks great and the intricate physics modeling seen in the single-player version is still active in the multiplayer version.

We see a lot of CPU processing happening at the lower resolutions with GRAW2. Especially the Radeon 3870 X2 seems to suffer hard from it.

At 1280x1024 .. you might ask how is it possible that one 9800 GTX is faster than a GX2? A perfectly understandable question. Let me explain .. this game is very dependant on the CPU. Now, one GPU means that the CPU has less overhead and thus data to present to the graphics card driver. With two GPU's there's more workload for the CPU, forcing the framerate slower until the point where the GPU becomes the bottleneck again .. which with this game is 1600x1200.
