Sound Quality
The Widio is a very standard device. Sound quality is quite good to be honest. It indeed is CD quality broadcasting but what the small receiver lacks are the simple things like bass and treble control. So you have to tweak those settings from the audio source. The second negative of this device is of course the fact that you can not control the music in the form of a playlist. You can hit a "next" button and skip a song. From that point of view it's a rather limited device. It picks up an audio signal and transmits it, that's basically all you can do. Albatron suggests this is lossless CD quality audio without any form of compression.
Sound quality itself however is really good, you almost have no quality loss from transmitter to receiver and the included and most lovely headphones. I concur that quality is really nice, yet there's no way we can test that. But I can tell there is little to no distortion. Yes my friends, there's nothing more subjective than to write a review and then explain listening & quality.

The Widio Deluxe version retails for about $140 USD and the standard version for $110 USD.

We are testing the Deluxe Version. The headphones have a nice dynamic range when iit comes to bass, have very good acoustics and best of all easily beats your average set. These little ear buds produced a nice clear sound.
Soft in the middle, crunchy on the outside :)
With the aluminum design they look fantastic yet massive, I promise you though, once you are wearing them you won't even feel that you have them on thanks to a spring and rubber suspension system. You can adjust height with these headphones and when you get tired of wearing them you can flip/clip them backwards.
