The Photos

On the next few pages we'll show you some photos. The images were taken at 2560x1920 pixels and then scaled down. The camera used was a Sony DCS-F707 5.1 MegaPixel.

GeForce 9800 GTX

As always, we start off with packaging so you know what to look for in the store. You guys actually still physically visit a store in 2008 ? Amazing how the world changed thanks to the web eh ?

GeForce 9800 GTX

Here's the Point of View slash NVIDIA reference design GeForce 9800 GTX. Trust me when I say it looks smaller than it actually is. That's 27cm / 10.6" of pure unadulterated silicon right there. It's quite heavy too. This is a bloke's card, masculine, can I hear woooh !

GeForce 9800 GTX

The cooler has a very slick design though a tad more noisy then what we are used to. The GeForce 9800 GTX has integrated HDMI support. Using a certified DVI-to-HDMI adaptor in conjunction with the on-board SPDIF audio connector, the GeForce 9800 GTX is capable of full HDMI output via the DVI connector. And yes, all GeForce 9800 GTX graphics cards provide dual-link HDCP support.

The card itself has a pretty nice design. I like the small details to be found including different black PCB and new cooling. What's not to like ? What .. the sticker .. reeeeaaally ?
