The kit obviously comes in two. You receive two 2 GB modules so you can utilize dual-channel DDR2 mode. It effectively doubles your memory bandwith.

Details of the modules and timings can be read from a small sticker. You can spot the SKU number and generic info on there. Also info like latencies are displayed. It's good to see Voltages being reported on there as well. A lot of memory producers lack this info.

Here we can see that heatspreader a tad more up-close and personal. The idea is that heat is moved away from the actual memory module and thus this increases potential overclocking.

As you can see, DHX modules have an extended PCB/grounding plane. Corsair connects their heatsink to the grounding plane too. That way the actual PCB is cooled better as well.
